TIme Capsule Reception
The city was officially born on November 4, 1912, so it is precisely on November 4, 2012 that we plan to have a civic ceremony commemorating the city's 100th Birthday! We plan to unearth a time capsule buried in 1987 and follow that with refreshments. A new time capsule will then be buried.
