A Day of Health – Just For Seniors
What: Senior Health Day sponsored by North Kansas City Hospital and hosted by North Kansas City Community Center.
Who: Everyone over 50 is invited. Free consultations. Fasting lipid profile blood test is available for $15.
When: Friday April 26, 2013. The event is 8:00 a.m. – noon.
Why: Meet with medical experts from cardiology, vision, dental, women’s imaging, urology, fitness/exercise, diabetes/dietician, hearing and foot care and discuss health topics. Consultants for AARP will also be available to answer questions.
Where: This event is presented by the Community Health & Wellness Department of North Kansas City Hospital and will be held at the North Kansas City Community Center 1999 Iron Street, North Kansas City, Mo 64116.
Registration: Required for those wanting fasting lipid profile (HDL, LDL, Triglycerides) and is available for only $15.00. Registration and pre-payment is required these tests. Please call 816-691-1688 to register.
