NKC Nutrition - Weight Loss Challenge

NKC NUTRITION ANNOUNCES: FREE NUTRITION CLASS FOLLOWED BY A WEIGHT LOSS COMPETITION $30 for 12 weeks The 12-week program advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages exercise. Each person will receive personalized one-on-one coaching weekly. The cost is $30--$25 of that will go into the cash prize for 12 weeks. Specific rules will be in place, to keep everyone consistent. If you fail to weigh in weekly? Pay a $5 fee Pay a $1 fee per pound gained. These fees will be added to the cash payout. Every week participants will weigh-in, measure and consult with the coaches, who will help you reach your ideal weight and body composition. The program encourages participants to eat a healthy level of protein and calories each day and teaches the benefits of good nutrition and exercise. Competition Location: NKC Nutrition 101 Armour Rd. North Kansas City, MO 64116 816-421-LOSE Every Wednesday 6:00pm-7:00pm If schedule does not allow you to come at 6:00, you can stop by between 11am and 1:00pm and weigh in and measure.
