DESCRIPTION:NKC NUTRITION ANNOUNCES:\n\nFREE NUTRITION CLASS FOLLOWED BY A \n\nWEIGHT LOSS COMPETITION $30 for 12 weeks \n\nThe 12-week program advises proper nutrition\, food choices\, and encourages exercise. Each person will receive personalized one-on-one coaching weekly. \n\nThe cost is $30--$25 of that will go into the cash prize for 12 weeks. Specific rules will be in place\, to keep everyone consistent. \n\nIf you fail to weigh in weekly?\n\nPay a $5 fee\nPay a $1 fee per pound gained.\n\nThese fees will be added to the cash payout. \n\nEvery week participants will weigh-in\, measure and consult with the coaches\, who will help you reach your ideal weight and body composition.
