Monthly Member Luncheon

This month's luncheon will be the Annual member meeting and Board elections.
In addition, this month's speaker will be, Richard Groves, of the North Kansas City Business Council & Northland CAPS Board of Directors.
He will be presenting on, “The Disappearing Workforce and What Are We Going to Do About It?" Learn about the likely consequences of the massive, irreversible demographic shift caused by millions of retiring baby boomers and an education system that needs to adapt to meet the needs of future employers. Also hear about some solutions that can help. This is a situation that needs community-wide attention so North Kansas City can become a “winning” community in a future zero-sum situation.
