Distillation for Homebrewers

Because distillation for personal consumption is legal in Missouri, there has been lots of interest--and we have a beautiful stainless steel pot/column still for sale, or to order.  Our new neighbors at Restless Spirits have offered to give another class--Benay Shannon is a great instructor (former science teacher), and also makes the gin, vodka, and Irish whiskey.  Meet at Grain to Glass by 6:45; we'll go as a group for the two-hour tour and class.  Participation entitles you to a $20 discount on the purchase of our still.
