8th Annual Wine Tasting Event

The 8^th annual "In the Shade of the Vine" benefiting

Concerned Care, Inc. will take place on Sunday, April 7^th in the Grove (Marshall's building) at Zona Rosa from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Guests will enjoy sampling wines from over a dozen Missouri vineyards, a brew pub and food from a variety of area restaurants.

A silent auction will feature restaurant certificates, food & wine related items.

Major sponsors include Zona Rosa, Gomer's Northland and Heart of America Catering at KCI Expo Center.

Since 1972 Concerned Care, Inc. has provided residential support services to

Clay County residents with developmental disabilities. Residential services

include Group Homes, Individualized Supported Living and Apartment

Programs. The Recreation Program serves over 500 youth and adults with

a variety of sports activities and summer camps. Both programs are designed

to help those with Developmental Disabilities lead more independent lives

and enjoy community inclusion.
