KC Real Estate Squad, LLC

I'm Candy Johnson, a REALTOR® with KC Real Estate Squad, brokered by AddressUSA, Inc. My office is right here at 1321 Burlington St in North Kansas City, but most days I'm out meeting clients at their homes. I've sold real estate in Missouri and Kansas for about seven years, with more than 200 transactions. I was Redfin Rookie of the Year in 2021 and made RealTrends America's Best in 2023. I hold the ABR, SRES, AHWD and MRP designations, and I'm a Missouri notary.

I grew up at Fort Hood, and I'm a Marine veteran spouse and a KCPD spouse. Helping military and first responder families get settled in KC is a big part of what I do. You'll see me at NKC Rotary, Roll Call Network, Snake Saturday and Northland Festivals, usually rounding up volunteers. My motto: I don't want to build another table. I want to bring more chairs.
