Ribbon Cutting - Latte Life

Join us as we celebrate with a Ribbon cutting for the newly opened Latte Life, a community coffee shop powered by Life Unlimited.

Latte Life will serve high-quality coffee and light fare in a welcoming space designed for connection, conversation, and community. More than a coffee shop, it will create meaningful, inclusive employment opportunities for adults with disabilities while bringing another vibrant gathering place to NKC.

Latte Life is a mission-driven coffee shop and workforce development academy in North Kansas City that provides real-world employment training for adults with disabilities. Through a four-month academy, participants receive hands-on instruction in customer service, barista skills, food safety, point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and other hospitality competencies while serving the community in an integrated retail environment. The café also serves as a gathering place for the community, offering specialty coffee, food, and meaningful employment opportunities.

We look forward to celebrating this exciting new addition to our business community with a ribbon cutting, great coffee, and plenty of community support.
