Join us for a fun Pattern Making Class with local artist Kate E. Burke. Kate, a textile artist who was featured in the 2015 & 2016 18th Street Fashion Show is known for her art that explores themes of juxtaposition. Burke designs her own apparel, prints and dyes the fabric from which she sews her clothing line. Recently Burke's work stems from pattern exploration inspired by the everyday objects she encounters. Come and learn how to create truly unique patterns from everyday objects with Kansas City's own Kate E. Burke
