2026 February Membership Luncheon: FIFA World Cup 2026

“Everything businesses need to know about preparing for World Cup activities in Kansas City.”

The program for this luncheon is an opportunity to get the most recent information about how the World Cup in Kansas City in June and July will impact businesses of North Kansas City. You will also learn more about all the preparation that has been going on by the KC 2026 organization for the entire metro KC area and by the Clay and Platte County Tourism organizations in creating the new joint tourism website GoNorthKC.com. You will also learn about the “watch party” scheduled for downtown North Kansas City the afternoon and evening of the July 11^th quarter final game in Kansas City. With any luck we may be able to learn which countries have chosen Kansas City to be their Base Camp for the entire tournament (at least as long as they are still in the competition) and what that will mean for how to prepare for the many visitors that will bring.
