2023 October NKCBC First Friday Coffee

This month, we will be having our October First Friday Coffee at Vocational Services, Inc. On Friday, October 6th, 2023, join us as we learn more about how they are changing the community and impacing lives in more ways than one. They are dedicated to inproving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. They offer choices for employment and community integration. For over 55 years, this 501 C had provided employment opportunities and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. They also provide both Sheltered Workshop and Community Integration Employment services. They're goal is centered around individual need and interest in order to support the individual's gainful long-term employment of their choice. To learn more, join us next Friday. Join us for coffee and conversation at the First Friday Coffee networking event held each month at a different North Kansas City Business Council member location.  It's a valuable opportunity to interact with your fellow North Kansas City Business Council members and meet and visit with other NKC business owners and professionals, as well as elected officials and civic leaders.    


This month's host will be longtime Business Council member, Vocational Services, Inc. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by offering choices for employment and community integration.
