DESCRIPTION:The September 26 Monthly Membership Luncheon and program of the North Kansas City Business Council will be vastly different than most months.\n\n \n\nWe have arranged to have lunch\, a short program and a tour of fabulous Sporting Park\, home of the Sporting KC soccer team\, which is currently tied for the lead in the MLS Eastern Division and was last year's winner of that division.\n\nSporting Park is a state-of-the-art stadium that offers an experience like none other! We will have a guided tour which will explore the locker rooms and exclusive premium areas\, and learn about the intricacies of Sporting Kansas City's home.\n\n \n\nHere is a link to the website of Populous\, the prominent sports venue architectural firm based in Kansas City\, about this innovative stadium. http://populous.com/project/sporting-park/ \n\n \n\nHere is what is different and what needs your attention:\n\n \n\n\n	\n		We need to give a good estimate of the number of participants by the end of the 1st week of September: September 6.\n	\n		We all need to drive or car pool the 19 miles/30 minutes to Sporting Park (midway between the NASCAR track and Nebraska Furniture Mart).\n\n \n\nPlease let us know this week or next if you would like to participate.\n\nSame price as usual for members: $20\n\nAlso open to non-members: $25\n\nSame starting time as usual: 11:30 a. m.   but you will need to start a half hour earlier to get there.\n\nSame ending time as usual: 1:00 p.m.\n\nParking will be next to the stadium in the "Sprint Plaza" and will be free.\n\nWe will provide driving suggestions to those who plan to attend.\n\n \n\nLet us know if you wish to car pool. Perhaps we can help facilitate car pool arrangements.
