Leadership is a continual journey. Each course builds on the previous course.\n\n\n\nFour 4-hour sessions on Thursdays\, 10 am to 2 pm (with lunch break):\n\n	Oct 9: Foundation of Communication\, helping leaders recognize the role of emotional intelligence\, engaging the 'head' and the 'heart' to build and retain your work force\n	Nov 13: Coaching in the moment to be able to approach most any situation\n	Dec 11: Resolve Conflict in a way to minimize potential damage\n	Jan 8: Setting Goals and Reviewing Results with SMART goals for a positive outcome for you and your employees\n\nJoin us for 16 hours of nationally accredited leadership training from a DDI certified instructor. Training is open to any business within the Kansas City Region.
