Harrah's of North Kansas City had the lowest Employee Opinion scores in the entire company in 2005.  Additionally\, from 2002-2006 financial performance and customer service scores were lower than expected. By the end of 2010\, Harrah's North Kansas City was Voted "Best Place to Work in Kansas City" by the Kansas City Business Journal.  Additionally\, the NKC location was one of only two properties in the corporation to improve their bottom line results in each of the last 4 years\, and is on track to accomplish this again in 2011.  Come hear their story\, take a tip or two back to your organization\, and improve results through attention to your employees!
