DESCRIPTION:This is a nationwide celebration among homebrewers.  There will be brewing in our parking lot\, and on our PicoBrew (the new all-electric brewing system).  The American Homebrewers' Association provides two recipes for the day--we'll have grains available for both the Altbier and the Ginger Ale.  Our local homebrew club\, the Missouri Mashers\, will be bringing their equipment--you can come watch and learn.  The brewing will begin at 10 am\, and wind up at 4 pm.  At Noon\, brewers will raise a toast--along with brewers across the US.  We'll be celebrating our 4th Big Brew Day--and it promises to be a good time!
