DESCRIPTION:Join us on the 4th Thursday of every month for lunch and networking with fellow NKCBC members\, as well as other North Kansas City business owners and representatives\, community leaders\, and elected officials.  In addition to lunch and networking\, you will enjoy a presentation by our featured speaker. \n\n\n\nPresenter: Matthew Pezold\, Labor and Workforce Development Specialist at MU Extension\n\n\n\nMatt Pezold will offer helpful insights into innovative ways to find the increasingly scarce resource of good employees. Topics covered will include Workforce Trends\, Economic Trends\, Job Growth\, General Industry Trends and Overview of MU Extension Business and Communities resources. Matt effectively learns from and shares experiences from relationships with local economic developers\, the Mid-America Regional Council\, Northland Education and Business Alliance\, local school districts\, and the building trades. He also serves as a program analyst and supports healthier workplace initiatives. Matt also regularly hosts the Labor Law Luncheon series for the labor and management communities in Kansas City and provides regional economic presentations.
