SUMMARY:2020 NKCBC Monthly Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Join us for lunch in the Tahoe Room at Harrahs Kansas City on Thursday\, June 25th.  Our speakers will include:\n\n\n\nAndrew Potter\n\nRoKC Climbing Gym\n\n1501 Howell\n\n \n\nAndrew will share how RoKC Climbing Gym is managing customer expectations during the COVID 19 re-opening phases and speak about effectively communicating capacity in constantly changing times.\n\n  \n\nKellen Mumm\n\nChicken N Pickle\n\n1761 Burlington\n\n \n\nKellen will speak about Chicken N Pickles community focus during COVID 19 and share his insights regarding the changing landscape of restaurants moving forward.\n\n  \n\nRandy Edge\n\nInStore Design Display \n\n105 W 26th Ave\n\n \n\nRandy will provide a video presentation featuring him and his staff\, explaining the nature of their business and the changes in production they made when the COVID-19 pandemic struck.\n\n\n\nJohn Phillips\n\nSouthwest Technologies\n\n1746 Levee Road\n\n \n\nJohn will provide a brief overview on Southwest Technologies and highlight their Elastogel products which are manufactured in North Kansas City and distributed worldwide.  And\, he will share how their organization pivoted to make and distribute PPE equipment and supplies needed when the COVID-19 pandemic struck.\n\n\n\n-------------------------------------------------------------------\n\n\n\nSeating is limited!  All attendees must register and pay in advance\; no payments will be accepted at the door.  Registration ends at 5 pm Monday\, June 22nd.\n\n\n\nIndividually prepared boxed lunches will be provided by Chappells Restaurant including a Blackened Chicken sandwich with a side of cole slaw.  Harrahs will provide bottled water and sodas.\n\n\n\n -  Individual tables will be spaced 6 ft apart\, as per social distancing guidelines set forth by the Clay County Health Department.\n\n\n\n- Hand Sanitizing Stations will be available throughout the facility.\n\n\n\n- Masks are encouraged\, but not required\, and will be available upon request.
