DESCRIPTION:The Turpine Tyme Ragsters will bring the sounds of Ragtime to Friday in the Park at North Kansas City's Festival Pavilion in Macken Park from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. All concerts are free and open to the public\, and every event features a drawing for prizes donated by local businesses. \n\n \n\nLive music and fun is a 39 year tradition at the Festival Pavilion.
