Sign up for the ninth annual NKC Schools 5K and join us for other family-friendly activities including children&rsquo\;s games\, face painting\, chalk art and a football field fun run!
\n\nThe event benefits the Education Foundation and PTAs\, PTOs\, PTSAs and Booster Clubs at \;district schools. When you register\, $5 goes to the school you designate. Schools have an opportunity to earn extra dollars by competing for the highest percentage of participants based on enrollment. The high school\, middle school and elementary school that take the top spots get $250! Additional money goes to elementaries that finish second ($150)\, third ($100) and fourth ($50).
\n\nAn adult registration costs $30 with a T-shirt and $25 without. The cost for students 18 and under is $15 with a T-shirt and $10 without. A Family Stroll for multiple family members is $30 with one T-shirt and $25 without. PLEASE NOTE: You must register by noon on April 18 to receive a T-shirt.
\n\nPrizes and medals will be awarded to top male and female finishers in various age brackets.
